24' x 10' 7 Mil Husky Brand Shrink Wrap - White
The 24' x 10' 7 Mil Husky Brand White Shrink Wrap is a versatile protective covering solution for boats, outdoor furniture, equipment, pallets, boxes, and a wide range of other items. Shrink wrap, also known as heat shrink film, creates a protective barrier that helps shield covered items from moisture, dirt, grime, and other contaminants. Shrink wrap offers an alternative to expensive custom-made covers for seasonal protection, outdoor storage, and various industrial packaging applications.
Seven-mil shrink wrap is one of the most commonly used thicknesses for marine applications, including covering boats and jet skis. This thickness is also used for small-to-midsize scaffolding covers, crates, small equipment, and short-distance road transportation. The 7 mil film is suitable for applications that require durable coverage, including protection during harsh winters with moderate snow.
For storage and other long-term applications, managing condensation is also important. Lower temperature fluctuations can help reduce condensation, which in turn helps reduce the risk of mold and mildew over time. Mr. Shrinkwrap recommends solutions such as shrink wrap vents and desiccant bags to help manage moisture in enclosed spaces.
